We spend anywhere from 45 min to an hour and a half at the park and the walk home. He usually takes a nap while I cook dinner. We both eat and then I walk him again anywhere from a mile to four miles depending on what I have planned. After that he usually cuddles up to me on the couch and we both relax. If he is particularly hyper he brings me one of his inside toys to play with. It is a big commitment to have a dog, but you fall in love with them so quickly. Also, most of my friends have dogs so there is a social aspect for me too.
